Jewar Airport

Finally, the wait for Jewar International Airport is over now with formal approval from state government. Jewar Airport will be the second international airport of Delhi/NCR region which will open the door for investment opportunities at Yamuna Expressway. YEIDA (Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority) has already started to identify and acquire required land approx 2000-2500 Acres for Jewar Airport. Jewar “Nagar Panchayat” use to be part of Bulandshahr district but now it is part of Gautambudh Nagar (Noida/Gr Noida) district. Jewar is the first toll plaza on Yamuna Expressway while heading towards Agra.

Jewar Airport will boost this area and will support other international amenities in this region like India’s first Formula (F1) track, Night Safari, etc. It will bring lots of revenue for the state government in the form of more international tourists and will enhance the MNC IT companies experience. With ease of transport lots of industries will also be benefited by this Airport, recently Baba Ramdev’s Patanjali group has also announced their food park at Yamuna Expressway.

Yamuna Expressway has already 3 major operational universities which see more foreign students for world amenities.

And, Real Estate sector will see exponential growth which will turns into high returns on the investment. Lots of builder brands like Tata, Godrej, Gaursons, Supertech, Jaypee Group already have their townships projects running on Yamuna Expressway. These commercial and residential projects and their investor will be the true winner of this major shift in infrastructure development. Gaur Yamuna City is one of the nearby township which is the destination next for such big project.

Now, having all the NOC and approvals in place, we will expect a speedy execution of this ambitious project and soon lots of West UP cities will take benefit of this new international airport.
